Online Workshop on October 1, 2025 in association with the Call for Papers – Collection: “Value and Valuation Research: Advancing Understanding, Conceptualization, Practice, and Policy through Interdisciplinary Lenses”
The Review of Evolutionary Political Economy (REPE) invites submissions for a special issue examining core themes associated with the understanding and conceptualization of value and valuation, as well as practices and policies related to it.

Michaela Haase (Freie Universität Berlin, Germany)
Jens Maesse (Justus-Liebig University Giessen, Germany)
Alexandre Silva (CIES-Iscte and Iscte-University Institute of Lisbon, Portugal),
Luísa Veloso (CIES-Iscte and Iscte-University Institute of Lisbon, Portugal)
Moreover, the themes of the special issue will be presented and discussed at an online workshop organized by the guest editors. The workshop is intended as an opportunity for authors interested in submitting their work to the collection to present and discuss their ideas, as well as engage in a fruitful exchange of thoughts.
Participation in this workshop is no requirement for the submission to the Collection.

4 August 2025: Deadline for abstract submission (1500 words) to the online workshop
1st September 2025: Notifications of acceptance
1 October 2025: Online workshop
31st January 2026: Submission of title and abstracts to Michaela Haase and Jens Maesse
28th February 2026: Notification of acceptance by Guest editors
30th June 2026: Invited papers must be submitted via REPE’s online submission system for peer review
31st January 2027: End of review process
30th March 2027: Final version of the paper should be submitted
31st July 2027: Publication of the Collection
